There are only two procedures for fat loss. You eat in a calorie deficit and you do strength training. Take your weight and exercise in a proper routine.  Come, develop your sleep, and follow your calorie deficit plan along with it. You can still do fat reduction with other medicines or injections. 


This is not long term, these are all short term. If you want to give long-term results then your habits because  Your posture has deteriorated in seven years.


Fix it within six to eight months. Unless you change your posture, you will not bring lifestyle changes. Fat loss is not possible.
