Ashva Ganda You must have heard its name a lot, the name is a bit difficult, it is a bit difficult for me too, but when we talk about its benefits and we see, we come to know that it is a herb which is very helpful.

Ashwa Gandha is basically how it can be taken. It is generally in a blended form or powder form.  It is used so that it can be given in powder form. 


What you can do is you can use one-fourth to half a teaspoon of it in your daily diet and if you want, you can mix it in warm water and add half a teaspoon of honey in it.  If you want, you can also use it without honey. If you want, you can use Neem in hot milk at night, that is, for those people 


I generally recommend that you should take milk during the day, but for those people who want to sleep at night.  The issue for those who are suffering from insomnia is that Ashva Gan can be used by adding 1/4 and half of the teaspoon of Neem in hot milk, then it will also deal with the problem of insomnia i.e. your sleeplessness.


Apart from this, there are many fertility facts about Ashwagandha. For men, those who have imbalanced testosterone hormones can also use it.


I have told you the way to use it, you have to take it in powder form. You should not use it in a single go for more than three months, then there will be a gap and then after three to four months after the gap, you can use it again. 


This is about everything that you will take. You have to take it in balance, you have to use it in this group, then this Ashwagandha, you should not take it for more than three months. 


Another wise thing is that if you take too much of it, then it starts affecting your digestive system.  Your stomach may remain upset. Nausea is also seen in frequent cases. 


Diarrhea has also been seen, which is why there is a minimal level of use in which you take 1/4 and half of the teaspoon and you do not take it for more than 3 months.


Apart from this, where  It is dealing with insomnia where it is dealing with infertility, and testosterone levels.


I mentioned that Ashwagandha deals with your insomnia i.e. it improves your sleeping habits. If you are a victim of the problem of not getting proper sleep.  If you don't come, then like I told you, you can take that also. 


Apart from this, the bad smell also helps in relieving your stress. Such people, because see, there is the stress of everything in today's time, give it to you.  You have work stress, you have study stress, you have stress at home, so stress is there but how can stress be managed, so one of the natural ways of dealing with stress is that if you want, you can add Shava Gandha to your diet.  


There is one thing to be kept in mind, there are some conditions in which it is better not to take Ashwagandha. If women are pregnant, please do not use Ashwagandha during pregnancy. 


It is not recommended for breastfeeding. I too should not use Ashwagandha if I am a thyroid patient. Also, it is better if you do not use Ashwagandha, it is an anti-inflammatory, and it deals with your sleep disorders, it deals with your stress disorders, where your sleep is better, where your stress is better, then definitely you are there.  


Immunity and other functions of your body will start improving so this thing is a combination I am sure there is a powder form that you can use but take special care of the things that I told you.


Before using it, you have to take it in very minimal quantity so that if you have any allergy or anything if your body gets irritated by it, then you will come to know first.
