Lemon water is often claimed that early morning. Consuming lemon water on an empty stomach burns fat, and reduces weight, no doubt lemon contains Vitamin C, citrus is present, fiber is present, and we get many minerals and nutrients from lemon, but the amount of lemon we consume in our glass is early morning. When we add it to off water, we do not get any significant amount of nutrients from it, and apart from Vitamin C
we often hear that using Libu in hot water also results in weight loss, so Vitamin C is a very heat-sensitive vitamin. It gets denatured at degrees centigrade, that is, Vitamin C gets destroyed, so we do not get its benefits because it is believed that Vitamin C will become fat, hence Libu is used.
Apart from this, citrus acid is present in Libu. So the bioavailability of Vitamin C is not good in lemon. Another reason for its low bioavailability is that it contains citrus acid which lipolysis i.e. prevents the breakdown of fat and increases fat storage. It seems that you eat a lot of food from the market.
There is no scientific evidence that lemon water helps in digestion. If we talk about appetite suppressants, there is no scientific evidence that lemon water helps in digestion.
If you use plain water also, you can use lemon for flavor. You can do this but if you are using plain water also then it also works in the same way as lemon water works.
There is a simple trick, a simple strategy is that you drink 500 ml of water before every meal. Use a glass of 250 ml, so you can consume two glasses of water 30 to 40 minutes before every meal. For flavor, you can use mint or lemon in it. To give a little fiber punch, you can add chia to it. You can use seeds, which will suppress your appetite, you will consume fewer calories, and will help you lose weight.
Apart from this, we also often hear that lemon should be used in green tea. For green tea, we squeeze lemon into boiling form. Again Vitamin C becomes denatured there and the amount we use does not give us any benefit. Vitamin C no doubt has fat-burning properties but we need 500 to 1000mg of vitamin C per day for that.
For oxidation and fat burning, we do not get one lemon or two lemons. Maximum, if we use two lemons then we get 50 to 55 mg of Vitamin C. For this, we also add more sources of Vitamin C to our diet. You can have bell peppers or as many citrus fruits as you can get among the fruits like kiwi, pineapple, papaya, and guava, all these are good sources of Vitamin C.
The use of lemon water early in the morning is good for rehydration after a full night's sleep. Libu with water is a good option for hydration when you break your fast. Apart from this, it is also claimed that it detoxifies the body due to which there is a reduction in weight due to which fat is lost. If we burn, as far as detoxification is concerned, there are two major organs present in our body, one liver and one kidney, which detoxify our body and remove toxins from the body, so don't need lemon water or any other.
Detox diets or detox supplements for their job are already doing their job. To lose weight, you can use No Doubt Libu in your diet and can also add Vitamin C sources, but for that, you have to follow a calorie-deficit balanced diet.
There should be good fiber in your diet, there should be good protein in your diet, and along with this, your physical activity should be better one basic tip which I shared is that you should make sure that you consume water before every meal, more than 500 AA.
If you can't consume it then you can gradually increase it, starting with 250 AA, gradually taking it till 500 AA, then reduce your hunger by using two glasses of water before every meal, due to which you consume fewer calories, which helps in your weight loss occurs quickly
