These Things in Your Diet Can Make Your Headaches Worse


Migraine is a very common problem these days, is there any concern with diet for migraine or not and is it migraine and can you take some chances in your diet to treat it?  Do you need to bring it or not? 


What is Migraine? 


It is the pain of half the head which is very severe for some people. Some people have episodic migraines, which means that they have episodes after some time, after one or two days, and they are very severe for some people, their intensity remains a little less but their frequency.

We will get rid of it but overdosing on caffeine is also not good for you, that is why I am telling you about the five seas due to which migraine can be triggered. 


These five things are cheese, chocolate, coffee, citrus foods, and caffeine.  If there are things that can trigger your migraine, then you have to avoid these five things because the things that are present inside the cheese, the things that are fermented, especially the nitrosera mites present inside them, can trigger your migraine.  


During this time you need to avoid all these things and what are those things?
